Siyu - which is the Cherokee salutation for "Hello" - My name is Milo Andrew Rose - but I prefer to be called by my Native American name - One Eagle.
I am an innocent man that has been on Florida's Death Row since July of 1983 - I now take this time to welcome you, and say Wado (Thank you) for visiting my website.
I would be naive to believe this website will be enough - in and of itself - to correct the injustice I suffer. I will need the support of everyone that reviews my page and rules in my favour. To me the facts speak for themselves - yet the Legal System does not want to recognize the facts because the facts are an indictment against the system - for not only Railroading me in a Kangaroo Court but for also condoning / supporting the miscarriage of justice that allowed / allows the guilty to go free and the innocent to suffer.
Since my arrest in October of 1982 I have given the legal system every opportunity to correct itself - since it has repeatedly failed, it cannot be counted on to correct itself. I now welcome the opportunity to present the Facts which the Legal System - thus far - has been successful in suppressing. When I stood midway through the farce and mockery called my trial and shouted to the jury that I was being railroaded, it was an act of pure desperation. I knew at this point beyond any reasonable doubt the court was not interested in the truth; that I had already been found guilty - with the twelve-member jury of my peers unwittingly playing the role of dupes.
These are serious charges that I will attempt to prove through this website. Since the legal system has thus far not allowed me to argue the facts in open court, I have been left no choice but to argue them before the world, in the hope the knowledge of the injustice I suffer having reached the world's eyes will put the legal system under scrutiny; that it will have no other choice but to function as it was idealistically designed to function - in upholding justice based on the facts and not the falsehoods that run rampant throughout my case: facts that not only vindicate me but also show that the legal system is not perfect, that the innocent are falsely convicted and sentenced to death, especially when you have those in power that abuse the system for their own personal gains. I am thankful for this opportunity to not only address the legal community but to also reach individuals, groups and the media with this appeal for the morally sound to come forth in my defense - Please take your time to weigh all the evidence - for afterwards I will be counting on your support....
