Dear Governor Jeb Bush,
Please accept this letter, along with attachments as a formal request for you to sign, at this time, my second death warrant.
After considerable thought, I conclude it is within your power to weigh the moral and ethical responsibility of expeditiously vindicating the innocent: even more so than executing the guilty. Your signing of my second death warrant will give my case long overdue priority. By ending the cycle that discriminates against me whenever my State mandated attorneys have to put my case on hold. To give priority to cases under active death warrants. My first death warrant was signed nearly twelve years ago, and to this day, none of my trial issues have been fully investigated or developed. I fear this trend of systematic neglect will continue for many more years, unless you intercede with the signing of my death warrant. Please be advised that a copy of this letter is being posted on my website.
