Please accept this letter as my second formal request of your assistance through the signing of my second death warrant. I first wrote you on June 10th 1996 seeking your assistance to help expedite the legal process in my case.
Sir, after experiencing four more years of injustice and abuse, I once more plead to you to take my request seriously, giving me the due attention I deserve as an innocent that has already endured twenty plus years of injustice and abuse.
