Dear Mr Brunvand,
Having met with investigator Rosalie Bolin, on May 25th, and June 1st. I feel it is important we are on the same page. Rosalie assured me you would not delay in filing to take depositions from Bruce Bartlett, Bruce Young, Ron Edie, Wayne Shipp and Daryl Rouson. As to their individual and collective culpability in regards to the withheld exculpatory / impeachment evidence. Bjorn, that is good news.
Here are matters I want you to include and expound upon within this petition.
1. I want to place the court on notice under local federal district rule of my case being fast tracked.
2. I want you to recap the issue within my habeas that brings to the court’s attention, the fadt of the state courts never giving me an evidentiary hearing on the guilt / innocence issues. Adding that my state mandated attorneys had filed ineffectiveness claims on themselves, making the state proceedings a farce and mockery of the justice system. Thus making it incumbent upon the court to recognize how my due process rights were violated. While stressing how this case can be resolved through the court allowing these depositions. As the record clearly speaks for itself in showing how I was denied a fair and impartial trial due to the withheld exculpatory / impeachment evidence.
3. I want to be present telephonically to assist in taking the depositions.
I look forward to meeting with Rosalie on June 9th and to her informing me as to your agreement to my request.
Sincerely,
Milo Rose
