Now comes petitioner Pro Se humbly before this court to seek leave of court in accordance with local rule 2:03 (d) (M.D. Fla.), requesting a status update as to Pro Se leave of curt petitions regarding attorney/client conflict filed November 1, 2006 and December 5, 2006. While attaching and incorporating to for mentioned petitions an essay entitled , A façade of Justice Compelling the Abolition of the Death Penalty by Milo Rose. Evidence in support of why this petitioner has been denied true advocate representation.
Pro Se petitioner relies on this court to apply Federal Civil Procedure 657.5 (1) – Pro Se pleadings are held to a less stringent standard than pleadings drafted by attorneys and will therefore be liberally construed.
This Pro Se petitioner has repeatedly bought to the attention of this court the failure of attorney Bjorn Burnvand to provide the representation requested of him.
There is a total breakdown in attorney/client relations which leaves petitioner at the mercy of this court to inform him of any and all rulings this court makes or made. Petitioner now humbly requests a status update.
Petitioner asserts on this day February 12, 2007 under penalty of perjury that everything contained in this petition to be truthful and correct.
